Nurgun Training Center
The purpose of Nurgun Trading Center launched its activity in 2007 is to establish admirable business relations, to provide education and consultation services to our employees purposely to obtain high quality indicators in the sphere of management of business by observing ethical requirements.
To achieve this target “Nurgun” Training Center organizes dispatch of personnel to Training Centers to pass training in order to improve their knowledge on required subjects or comparatively holds trainings in the Company. Besides, trainings covering the topics of stress management reflecting Management, Client Satisfaction, Sales Instruction, Competition Strategy, Psychological aspect are organized at the expense of Company’s internal resources. Consequently, test are hold and depending on the results of the test the participants of these training are issued internal certificate and Diplomas of Training Center.
The other direction of Training Center’s activity is technical education. Technical and non-technical training is organized to improve sale and maintenance services of the world-wide brands being the distributors of, to improve client satisfaction, to raise professional training of personnel and as a result of the mentioned trainings service masters are issued N-STEP, and the inspectors N-SAP certificates, as well as, the awards presented by the Company. Training Center actively takes part in the process of personnel appointment. The Center organizes psychological test programs and professional tests to get maximum information about the personnel participated in the interlocution.
A library supplied with literatures covering different aspects acts in the training Center to improve the level of knowledge and outlook of employees.
