Nurgun group

 

 

2009 was declared the “Year of the Child” in our country by Decree No.103 of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic as of December 22, 2008. Nurgun Motors Company, in its turn, also carries out a number of activities with children and teenagers for the purpose of provision of all-round development of children, formation of health and ensuring of future development of our country.

 

One of such activities was an event arranged jointly on October 30, 2009 by the Public Administration of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Nurgun Motors Company, an official representative of NISSAN cars in Azerbaijan, and the Center of Extraschool Activities No.46 of the Ministry of Education. This event was held in a Children’s Auto Camp.

 

A great number of schoolchildren from Nasimi, Narimanov, Yasamal, Sabail, Nizami, Khatai, Binagadi and Surakhani districts took part in the event. In addition, representatives of the Public Administration of Traffic Police, Nurgun Motors Company and Head Department of Education of Baku city also participated in this event.

 

All conditions were created for demonstration of knowledge and skills of children in this event. For example, NISSAN car models as well as signs designating traffic rules and other pictures were drawn on the asphalt surface and paper. Sketches devoted to provision of children safety when crossing a street and in a car were put on as well speeches concerning observance of traffic rules by schoolchildren when driving a car or bicycle were made.

 

Ms Narmina Baghirova, a Head of the Department for Public Relations of the official representative of NISSAN cars in our country Nurgun Motors Company said that Nurgun Motors Company participates in running events connected with children. In 2008 events on the subject of “Safe traffic in a car”, “What the safety is?” involving schoolchildren were also held in the NISSAN automobile center.

 

In the end of the event Nurgun Motors Company awarded prizes to the schoolchildren who distinguished themselves by their creativity and skills. And the Center of Extraschool Activities No.46, where the event was held, was awarded with a small NISSAN car provided for use by children.
